1. Who is responsible
The data controller is [NAME OR COMPANY NAME], tax ID [TAX ID], address [ADDRESS]. You can write to us at hola@pacodiazbarba.com.
2. What data we process
- Your files: The Truffle Pig searches and copies files on your computer. It does not send your files, your CSV list, file names or folder paths to any server. [Confirm that the app sends no telemetry or usage statistics]
- Trial activation: the email address you enter is sent to our license server and stored to issue the trial license and to prevent the same email from activating it more than once.
- Full license: the purchase key you enter to activate it. [Payment data: complete once the payment system and its provider exist]
- Contact: whatever you include when you email us.
- This website: [state whether it uses cookies or analytics; if none, say so]
3. Purposes and legal basis
Issuing and checking licenses (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request), preventing abuse of the free trial (legitimate interest), and answering your enquiries (handling your request).
4. Providers and transfers
Licenses are issued using Google Firebase (Cloud Functions and database), whose servers are in the United States. That transfer relies on the safeguards the provider offers ([state mechanism: EU-US framework or standard contractual clauses]). The website is hosted on [VPS provider and location].
5. How long we keep data
Trial emails, for as long as needed to prevent reuse ([period]). License data, while the license is valid and for applicable legal periods. Contact messages, for as long as needed to handle them.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@pacodiazbarba.com. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
