License terms

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of The Truffle Pig (El Cerdo Trufero) for Windows. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it; the software is licensed, not sold.

2. Trial and free version

For 14 days the app works with every feature. After that it can be used free of charge, with no time limit, with up to 30 files per search and no renaming.

3. Full license

The full license costs €25 as a one-time payment [state whether VAT is included], is permanent, removes the file limit and enables renaming. It covers [number of computers] and [whether future updates are included: complete]. Purchase will be available once the payment system is enabled.

4. What is not allowed

Sharing or reselling license keys, tampering with or bypassing the licensing system, redistributing the software and reverse engineering it, except where the law expressly allows.

5. How it works and your responsibility

The app searches by file name (not contents) and copies the files it finds; it does not move or delete the originals. Always check the result and keep backups of your data.

6. Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is, without prejudice to the rights the law grants to consumers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for data lost through incorrect use.

7. Refunds and withdrawal
